"Door is not sound proof, if someone is at lobby speaking or running you can hear them like you are next to them. Other then this, good place for family to stay."

"The rooms are spacious. There are a good number of restaurants plus the buffet to choose from. All with kid friendly options. The restaurants were ok. I wasn't a fan of any of them really. The Mexican one by the Kiddie Pool is the best and many folks don't even know it exists. It's only open for lunch. MY daughter loved the activities and we did manage to catch one show. The wait list for restaurants can be extensive. We waited over an hour and a half on Thursday night and not even 15 minutes on Saturday night. It's very hit or miss. The buffet is ok. Plenty of options, but much of the same day in and day out. "

"Overall great stay for the price point! Bartenders and wait staff got to know you by name. Property was clean. Rooms slightly dated but clean. Food was average. Took three of our kids with us, the interconnecting room was perfect. Resort is on the small side, but this made it convenient to go back and forth to our rooms and have easy ability to have visual on our kids. We took pool float chairs and floated all day. 4 days was plenty. "

"This hotel is definitely not family-friendly, and I wouldn’t recommend it for people traveling with kids. There is a Riu Party Lounge on the premises, which operates like a beach club. Parties are held frequently — sometimes even during the day — and the noise level is extremely high, especially on the beach since the hotel’s beach is located directly in front of the club. Because of this, there are constantly large groups of young, often intoxicated guests coming in and out of these events, which really changes the overall atmosphere of the hotel. If you’re a student or looking for a lively March break vibe, this place might be perfect for you. But if you’re traveling with small children and hoping for a calm, relaxing environment, this is definitely not the right choice."

Most areas within the property have a persistent smell of mold, indicating potential ventilation issues. Additionally, ongoing construction on-site disrupts guests' ability to rest peacefully, often creating noise. The food served at the restaurant is poor in quality, with limited options available, making dining experiences less enjoyable. Servers were nice, but front desk people were rude. Not Coming back here and no, I do not recommend this hotel. "

"The rooms were very clean, amazing friendly service. Shuttle on time no issues. No problem with air-conditioning. Matter of fact, we had to shut it off cause it was too cold."
