"Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and nice! We have stayed here before when it was the Ritz and loved it and I would say that things are on the same level or better as it was when it was the Ritz. Rueben, the concierege on the club floor, is so helpful and friendly. The spa workers are wonderful as are the Casita's staff. Claudia and Mario took great care of us. The club lounge is beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. Willy was the best bartender! Cannot wait to return!"
