"The Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The drinks and water was ridiculously expensive. I paid $15 for a box of water and it took for ever just to get towels. for the pools. The room did not have a fridge to keep my medication for diabetes. The iron in the room was out of order and the coffee maker was not working well."

"Subpar food, thirsty through most meals as no one refilled drinks. The “upgrade” was not worth the price. Was told that we would receive a complimentary beach bag, didn’t happen. The champagne and chocolates didn’t come until day 4. Had to hold down toilet handle for a complete flush. Shower knob was loose and popped off. Had a concierge who barely attempted to assist us and then when he did, he got things wrong. They had 4 different individuals attempt to sell me a vacation membership...

"The property is new and not completed. Once it’s finished, it will be amazing. There is a lack of entertainment, which should be rectified immediately; otherwise it gets boring quickly. There was a damp, musty smell in the room and the rooms need to be aired out. I may visit again with family after completion, but it’s overpriced right now without all the restaurants and activities not open."
