"This was very clean, well kept, exactly how it was described on the website, close to a meter station and bus stops. the ONLY downside was the liquor store on the corner that attracted lots of loitering close by and some homeless looking beggers that seemed permanent. was comfortable after dark and would not have wanted to be here if i was alone. other places close by but didnt have the loiterers.."

"Great place to stay in DC. Only about a block from a Metro Train Station if you want to go somewhere but easily walkable to DC highlights like an evening walk to the Mall and Lincoln Memorial. There’s a Panera, McDonalds, sub shop right on the same block if you need quick food. The hotel was very quiet at night and the accommodations were spacious. We had an entire 2-bed 2-bath apartment for ourselves and son for much the same price as a regular hotel room in the area."

"We stayed in room 701 top floor. The room is very spacious and remodeled. Nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. Love the fully equipped kitchen, we cook breakfast everyday 😊 If you don't want to cook and prefer to eat out, there are restaurants within 1 block. The bed is very comfy and with a bonus view of the city. We can see Georgetown university from our bedroom window. Pleasantly surprised that we also have a balcony with a sitting area.
