"Overall stay was ok and staff were friendly and professional. Very handy for station and city centre Room was quite small and squeezing round bathroom door was awkward. Mattress was too hard."

"No front desk, required to provide photos of ID, passport, and required to deposit by credit card $100 UK Pound for security fee hold for any apartment damage. I stayed there nights, no restocking of clean towels, no restocking of coffee sugar and cream. I texted management asking for these. No reply. It's a nice apartment, good location downtown, Near all of the tourist sites, cathedral, medieval wall, old town."

"The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either. Some of the blinds need fixing too. However, lovely linen, comfy beds, great location and quiet. "

"We loved the rooms and the hotel. It is in a great location and there is good underground parking albeit £20 pn. Some of the rooms and areas are starting to look a little bit tatty in places. The chair I sat on in the dining area was quite disgusting. It was covered in stains. I would not bother with the breakfast. It is really terrible. "The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...
