"Everything about this place was good. Except for the room locker which was broken. Friendly staff, clean environment, AC room, pools are all clean. Should add more programs for adults and seniors. Nothing much to do besides swimming. I stayed for 2 weeks. I think one week is good enough for this place. "Wonderful property and would definitely stay again! Beautiful rooms and water. You can see sunrise from your room, and then walk 5 minutes away to the most amazing public peach to see the sunset. There are 2 good restaurants on the property, but I also appreciated the ability to leave and try other things as well as a grocery store nearby. All our tours also picked us up directly from the property as well. Highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel in general a little bit disappointed on the fact that it doesn’t really has a beach where you can swim, also is far away from the city and airport and it’s difficult to find Tours that will pick you up at the hotel, you ended up spending extra money on taxis. The buffet breakfast is good but basic"

"I am glad we booked St Regis for the stay. The resort is just amazing. We booked the lagoon side, over water bungalow. The water was so calm that you could swim in it anytime of the day. We saw sun rise every morning from the bedroom. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful with just about anything you could think of. And the food was amazing. "The location was ideal to visit many wonderful places, plus local transportation was easy to access. Full marks from that aspect. Unfortunately the room although clean & updated was quite small & difficult to stow even small suitcases. "Nicest OWB we have stayed in the French Polynesia! Staff was excellent and quite beautiful location. Only thing we would have changed a little was some additional lunch and dinner options at the restaurant. Food was excellent, breakfast included, just was looking for salads and more simple things. "The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Loved the variety of restaurants, the multiple pools, and daily poolside activities. There are buggies that can take you from one end of the resort to the other, especially helpful when you have your luggage. And the Jack’s shop gives you a 20% off coupon with your receipt and has all the swimming essentials and cute souvenirs."
