"Great location with beach and restaurants only steps away. The staff was very helpful and wonderful. The lobby is welcoming but the hotel rooms could use some updating. Be mindful that some of the rooms ( not bungalows) require uphill walking and steps. Little too pricey but that's Bora Bora."

"Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. "The staff at the Crowne Plaza are the crown in the jewel of this resort! Friendly, clearly love their job and go above and beyond. Special mention goes to Marlina and Jesé. Rooms were clean, service impeccable, the water was great and the food amazing. Timo our concierge was also great with coordinating taxis for our many expeditions. Only thing I would suggest improving is to make sure non smokers are not impacted by smokers. Designated smoking zones affected the comfort of guests especially...
