"Pool was nice"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time i had no complaints but this time there were a few things wrong with our room. For one, the hot tub never worked, it didn’t drain meaning we couldn’t clean out all of the bugs in order to fill it up and use it. The shower had some hair in it from the last guest. And the tablet for room service never worked which we brought up with the hotel but it was never resolved. We loved that amount of things to do at this hotel and all the pools...

"Great resort"

"Went here with a friend for a few nights. It was a perfect little getaway. The staff are all very friendly, it was clean and lovely. The food and drinks were great and there was great entertainment and activities. You can walk to a beautiful beach nearby and to Atlantis, which is free to wander around at night. We also walked to Nassau, it took about 35 minutes but was a great outing. Very safe area and just beautiful."

"Nice property. Good food at the buffet and restaurants. Most staff were professional and helpful. Need more night activities that do not end so early. Teach the dining staff the difference between a sari and a coverup. A coverup can be a sari but not all saris are coverups. Nice place to stay especially for first timers in the country. Transportation was highly accessible at the property which is very convenient. Lots to choose from for off resort activities."

"The Ocean was huge! Lol I loved the swim up pool, the entertainment staff, and the FOOD! Sometimes the staff was dismissive and/or rude. However, there were other staffs who were amazing and overly helpful in certain situations. It also seemed like a lot of hustling. Like getting stopped 5 times coming out of breakfast to attend the “presentation” exhausting. I did participate in the “presentation” they make it seem like you can get up and walk out at any point, but when you try you end up...

"Services not good the staff need more gentle my boy celebrating his birthday and not special treatment for nothing I means I paying for the breakfast with characters I thinks that one supposed include it’s the only activity the my child did"

"Phenomenal overall. Great staff, food, and amenities. Only one downfall. The shows were way past kids bedtimes and kept them up for hours since it was in the theatre outside of our room. In a family hotel I don’t understand why shows exist after 9 in these kind of venues. Although take it with a grain of salt as this was only 1 night while we were there. "

"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."

"The resort was beautiful, and the staff was currently polite and extra intensive. I definitely will return again."

"Great breakfast! Also enjoyed the social hour. Front desk was able to make some excellent recommendations for dinner nearby. Would recommend for families."
