"No tuve la mejor experiencia en mi estancia, el aire de las habitaciones ( mi reserva eran 2 hab) no funcionaba bien dormíamos con calor se hizo el reclamos desde el día 1 y pretendían cambiarnos de hab la última noche. La atención en general fue muy deficiente solo nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por una chica en el rest mexicano. En el italiano hasta nos tiraron los platos en la mesa. El hotel no está mal pero sin duda en sus hab se ve los años que tiene, realmente iba con una expectativa...

"Honestly did not like it at all,, I did not feel like I was at a 5 star resort in Punta Cana… the staff was very nonchalant, there were no baby changing stations in any of the bathrooms… it is not family friendly, there was no incentive or entertainment or even people letting you know the activities in the resorts the aesthetic and the cenote is beautiful but that’s it.. also all of the juice is artificial fake juice taste very very bad and also the drinks are very bad they use bad tasting rum…...

"The rooms were amazing! I wasn’t expecting the unique setup of one main door leading to two separate apartment-style suites, but I actually loved the design. Once you enter, there is a shared laundry area, and then each villa has its own private space. My one-bedroom villa had everything I needed, including a full refrigerator, living room, bedroom, and all the essentials you would expect in an apartment. "My review is based on what was open during my stay and what I personally enjoyed about the resort. Although I knew the hotel wasn't fully finished, the completed areas were great. I loved the decor and the overall design of the property. One highlight was the food court setup, where you order on a touchscreen and get called when your food is ready—it was a really nice, modern touch."

"Beautiful resort but they really need to improve on Customer service . Everyone seems so miserable. Not friendly at all. Starting from check in .. the lady quickly brushed me away and didn’t explain any of the property perks to me . I had to figure out everyone on my own for 5 days . The staff at the pool bar were not friendly at all. I felt uncomfortable even asking for a drink because their demeanor was terrible. No pool side service … best bar was the lobby bar. They were more enthusiastic....
