"Amazing experience "

"The staff were very nice and welcoming and hotel is beautiful! The location is great for shopping, walking around Otrobanda and over the bridge to Punda and there’s plenty of good restaurants nearby. The manmade beach is really nice and clean with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. There’s a beach bar with servers who will bring food and drinks right over and there’s another restaurant/bar on the other side of the pool with awesome food and drinks too. We were able to rent a car at Smart Cars...

"I loved my ocean front room. The property itself is amazing with 5 restaurants 24 hour pools, adult pool and I love that it is a beachfront property. The food was good, the staff was nice! 10/10"

" staff needs to improve on how they treat their guests. They seem to favor on group over the other. could be a hereditary factor. Ex i came to drop off the beach towels. i handed the front desk employee and he directed me to a box. Ok fine, couple of days later a couple did the same thing and they took the towels from them. small issue, perhaps. Another example, sitting down at mood beach club for brunch and my girlfriend came over to meet me and she was stopped by a staff.... little annoying...

"This resort exceeded my expectations, the staff is super friendly and amenities are more than ample. Clean and well manicured surroundings, good quality food and beverages with lots of options.
