"I’ve traveled to five countries in the past three years, and unfortunately, this was my least favorite resort. The biggest issue was the service—staff rarely made eye contact or acknowledged us, and we often had to go out of our way to get assistance. A friendly greeting or welcoming attitude was noticeably lacking. The resort itself was clean, and while the food was okay, it wasn’t anything memorable. "My stay here was nice. The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. "Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go "

"Start to end was an amazing trip. Met so many wonderful staff. Biorn helped us book a returning trip and the chemistry between him and Jurynella had us laughing entire time. Met Alana bartending and decided our return would be to her home country of Grenada. I look for ward to returning to Curacao in future. I still need a Chi Chi doll"
