"Everything was wonderful. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Only thing there are not many lounge chairs that you don’t have to paid an additional cost for. Loved all the Art, staff was great, our suite was excellent. If you are going to snorkel or dive, it wasn’t one of our favorite, not much to see."

"We spent six nights at the hotel, but our room was only cleaned properly during the first two days. The floor was sticky and greasy, and it wasn't mopped once during our stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and most of the time, it was even poorly cooked. The staff was okay, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. "Great location with two private beaches that were never completely full when we stayed there in late April. Our standard room was perfectly comfortable for our stay, and we liked the proximity to so many really good local restaurants. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was awesome, and staff were friendly and helpful. Service at the beach bar was slow though - first time we were there I had to ask for a menu after waiting for a while for the bartender to take notice of us seated at the bar. A water...

"The grounds & property was beautiful, but the overall room in the garden was not it. The living room didn’t have AC & it got extremely hot in there. There were only 1 TV in the living room, which was unfortunate cause it was to hot on many days to sit in there. They do have sliding doors & blinds on the doors that opens to allow a breeze but that also allows bugs & mosquitos in. "Elements hotel was a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were attentive to all our needs. Being in the enter of Punda you have access to all the shops and restaurants near by. Our favourite was Mar & Tierra situated downstairs of the hotel. The seafood platter for two was super delicious. A must try. Would recommend to stay for the location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff."
