"Hotel was good overall.
Food : Asador was very good! On the other hand Inari was horrible, at least what I had which was some fried rice with like a sweat a sour orange chicken.
Staff was great everywhere but Music was the same songs pretty much in every bar.
Coffee is great from Bávaro Coffee
Animation wasn’t all there, the beach was divided in very short sections.
In the area of “Unique” there’s wasn’t a single person lastly the room service around 1:30/2am was the hardest chicken...

"My partner and I are African-American, and were treated differently from my white counterpart. At breakfast, staff barely greeted us or checked on us, while they smiled, joked, and repeatedly served my white counterpart. I had to keep raising my hand for service.
The resort is large and hard to navigate. There are no maps, and when we asked employees for directions, they either didn’t speak English or simply pointed instead of showing us the way.
When restaurants were closed, the only food...

"The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to go and relax while being spoiled by the staff then this is the place! The buffet has so many options and was decent but we definitely took advantage of the steakhouse. It was A+! Thanks for the great time and we hope to be back in the future."

"Staff HORRIBLE! A couple staff were pleasant at the restaurant. Spoke when they seen us. No one hardly speaks English, rude, and unpleasant. Horrible customer service. Food- HORRIBLE! After 10 pm they offered cold/dry hot dogs, burgers, and nachos- no cheese. People were eating tortilla chips with ketchup. If that’s a thing I’m unaware but not for me..that was a first. Neither the tv or phone worked in the room- no one came to repair/replace it. Rooms are dated, smelled. Our sheets were not...

"I’ll start off by saying that check-in was a complete disaster. My family and I waited an entire hour just to get checked in. After completing check-in, we were stopped by the concierge, who spoke with us before we were finally able to make our way to our room.
Unfortunately, our experience has been very uncomfortable. The staff have been making us feel unwelcome through their side-eyes, stares, and the way they speak about us in their language while we’re around. Based on their behavior, we...

"Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful resort. However our room had concerns. Crooked tv, soaps in bathroom were empty, hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote broken, no consistent water pressure in room, access to a thermostat but limited to only a couple degrees, “fully stocked bar” in the room was only 4 beers and some soda."

"Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...
