"El hotel tiene 3 programas dentro del mismo hotel (Solo adultos, Unique y Familias). Esto trae confusión a los clientes, no puedes hacer uso de ciertas piscinas, bares o restaurantes aunque estén vacíos. Para la mayoría solo está disponible la piscina central, infinita, pero se llena de clientes y es muy ruidosa. La playa está completamente llena de sargazo por lo que todos los clientes se concentran en la piscina central. Falta animación en específico actividades deportivas. No hay días...

"This was our second trip to this resort, the first being two years ago when it was Jewel. Since Wyndham took over the amenities were all reduced and it was not as good. The buffet had less offerings, less restaurants were open daily, the mini bars in the room had less stuff (no Presidente!), the VIP lounge is now dual purpose as a check in, no free bottle of liquor during check in, etc. The staff also seemed less friendly and helpful. But still it’s overall still a relaxing and lowkey getaway."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was having a full-time butler, Edwin, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, professional, and always available to assist us, making our stay truly special and stress-free."

"La limpieza es buena, pero el Hotel necesita una reparación urgente, la picina tiene le falta lozas, en general necesita una buena reparación!! El personal del Bufé muy atento, Rigoberto por Ej, en el restaurante Steakhouse los meseros Angelo, Robin, Toma, Pedro y Ricardo todos muy profesionales y muy buena atención. Por otra parte el gerente de los restaurantes Yaky Navarro nos brindó muy buenas opiniones de restaurantes y también muy profesional!!"
