"The cleanliness of the room and our housekeeper Angela was amazing, there were a few issues to be fixed such as the tv losing signal, the ventilation needed to be cleaned but resolved within 2 hours same day. I had a great time on the offered excursions!! Very family friendly and you HAVE to get to meals early and the only thing that could improve is the room service is TRASH, only 3 choices and half the time it never showed up. "
