"Loved the cleanliness and aesthetic of the resort. It is a huge resort with so much to do. The food is decent as well as the service. My only wish is that we could be serviced with food/drink on the beach. Drink service only is provided by the pool and food cannot be taken outside of restaurants and buffets."

"First time in DR and i absolutely loved this hotel. I would recommend and would enjoy staying here again. First i was fretting enthusiastically by hotel staff. Received a free room upgrade with a private pool. Now, not everything is always perfect all the time. The shower drain did clog and flood the restroom but it was fixed when the housekeepers came to clean our room. "We have gone to Serenade all suites and the family side as well 5 times now and this last visit was disappointing..The food wasnt great at all sometimes not even good , Some staff not all but still some were rude and its just so boring there now barely any activities at all ."

"The property is like every other Hyatt property anywhere near a beach. The staff were either super attentive or acted like they are doing you a favor. Food was ok at best. We left the all inclusive resort to get a decent meal. The swim up room description was alittle misleading, it was more like a step down moat. If you just want to lay next to a pool with free drinks, this is not the worst place."

"We had a great time! The beach was nice, the bars were staffed & the pool was fun. The Steak house was our favorite restaurant but Tao Cat was a close second! Only thing that was annoying is the constant hustlers wanting you to buy stuff. They really should make it so that’s not a thing. It was like every 2 mins on the beach."
