"This “5-star” resort was a complete scam and a huge disappointment for our babymoon. My husband and I were expecting a relaxing, clean, luxury stay, but the experience was the exact opposite. "The resort itself is great. The Bach was fantastic along with all their pools. One massive downside was the food was not that great. The staff was decent. With how massive the resort it bound to have good and bad staff. Not as family oriented as it may seem. You will have people there that are there to party but again.
