"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Our original room was the size of a closet. Didn't know about minimalist hotel rooms, not common in usa. It was what I paid for. Had trouble at vending machine and hotel employee helped. Told him about room. He immediately moved us to a different room for no extra cost. New room had a smart tv and a little extra room, no chair though. We are talking about going back to see what we missed and will definitely be staying at the drey. Its close to food, store, and underground station."

"Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair."

"Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here...

"Wij hebben 3 nachten in dit hotel geslapen. Het ontbijt was echt geweldig! Enorm veel keus en heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Mijn dochter heeft een pinda- en notenallergie, dit werd serieus aangepakt en Dean heeft alles uitgelegd wat ze wel en niet mocht eten. Echt zooo enorm vriendelijk. Nog heel erg bedankt daarvoor. De muffins waren heerlijk ;) De kamer was schoon en groot genoeg voor met z’n drieën. Wel een beetje gehorig, maar na een dagje Londen ben je zo moe, dus dat maakte ons niet uit....
