"The staff was unfriendly and not eager to help. A queue in the morning before the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok. But the area where to take food is narrow->too crowded. Dirty windows in the room spoiled the view. The kit in the bathroom could be better for a 4-star hotel. In general, not a 4-star hotel."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."
