Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. "I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working."

"The staff were nice but the scent is incredibly overpowering. They spray way too much cologne/perfume in the lobby and rooms. If you are sensitive to scents, I do not recommend this location. Otherwise it was a great spot"

"Un emplacement idéal (Victoria Station + deux théâtres… à deux minutes à pieds) pour les déplacements (arrivée directe de l’aéroport + pour départs en autocar vers activités - Warner Bros Studios/Oxford/Cotswolds/etc.). Les déjeuners de style buffet sont délicieux, beaucoup de choix pour les repas et breuvages à volonté. Une offre de pain sans gluten est également proposée. Notre chambre climatisée était hyper propre et moderne, et on a apprécié le coffre fort pour y ranger passeports et biens....
