"Well FIRST CHECK IN WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD…STAFF WAS NOT READY FOR AMOUNT OF PPL. CHECKING IN ON MAY 27 …..HAD TO REPEATILY ASK BOUT ROOM WHICH WAS CHANGE TO ACCOMMODATE MY WAIT TIME……OTHER THAN THAT ITS A NICE HOTEL….POOL CLOSES A LIL REALY ..6PM….WHY…REALLY DONT CARE 4 2 TWIN BEDS PULL TOGETHER.REATHER A KING BED……"

"Overall our stay was great at Ocean Coral Springs. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the dining situation. All the restaurants are only open a few hours, which to me doesn’t make sense for being an all inclusive resort. We got back to our resort around 4:30pm after being in an excursion all day and there was no where open to get food. It was super frustrating. The food was also okay, not super overwhelming"

"First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. "Traveled here with a group for my friend's birthday and had an amazing time! That ocean view balcony is worth the few extra dollars so go for it! The beach is is so clear and refreshing and it's steps away from the pool. There were plenty of chairs, cabanas and lounging chairs to relax. This is def a great place to come when you need to unwind, enjoy a wide variety of delicious food, and interact with the staff who are so kind and helpful and provide really great entertainment and fun...
