"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to Sakurgichu Station, connected to a shopping mall, and walkable distance to other attractions. Luggage transfer is difficult. We found out shortly before we needed to send our luggage ahead to the airport, they only do hotel to hotel, and the front desk only reffer us to 7-11, which was not helpful. When we had refridge issues, same front desk told us how to fix it ourselves and if we couldn't then they'll come up to help...

"I was looking for a Ryokan with breakfast and dinner (half board( included) that has the Japanese spa in the hotel. Although this didn’t have the set dinner I was looking for, the buffet style dinner to me is equally as good with decent selection. We (fam of 4 with 2 teenage kids) stayed in Kai’s ese style room and we were impressed by the size of the room as well as the direct view of Fuji mountain (when it decides to appear).
