"Would absolutely stay here again. The staff took extra care with keeping the property clean, literally nothing was dirty. The staff were Ann very polite and super attentive. They all spoke a level of English (which was good for us seeing as we don’t speak Portuguese). The room was incredible, we splashed out a bit and got a junior suite with an ocean view and it was INCREDIBLE. The amenities were great - we tried to make use of all that we could considering our short stay. Definitely book again."

"Schönes, neues, modernes Hotel, allerdings in der dritten Reihe vom Ozean. Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit Meerblick für mehr Geld verkauft, aber es sind alle Zimmer in Richtung Ozean ausgerichtet. Deswegen hätten wir uns die Mehrkosten sparen können. Die Parkplätze für die Gäste sind meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Auf der Straße findet man zwar immer ein Prakplatz, die kosten allerdings auch. Gutes Frühstück. Spa-Bereich ist auch gut."

"Pestana Royal is a very outdated hotel. If you are looking for clean modern look that is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with high quality food that is not the right place. Food quality is very poor. It is a very mediocre place with clean rooms and very mediocre food."

"This hotel would be great if it wasn’t for a couple of things. The pools close early. Sun goes down at 9pm, but all amenities are closed at 6pm. When you are done exploring for the day, the amenities are closed when you want to use them most. The room needs renovation. The pillows were terrible and the bed is stiff as a board. Parking is a nightmare. They advertise that they have parking, but it was sold out all 5 nights. The only other viable option is at the casino. It’s right next door...

From a birthday celebration at Avista restaurant to our rooms' comfort and stunning views to delicious buffet breakfast every morning to spending time at the pool.
