Plenty of places to eat all the pools have snack bars by them hotdog, french fries hamburgers, nachos wings and also they have one station by the back pools which you can serve your own virgin daiquiris and piña colada's sodas, juices, and beers. And if anything is wrong with your room, you don't have to wait long within 10 minutes. Someone was there bringing me toiletries or checking any issue that I had...

"The worse breakfast buffet ever. There’s no restaurant open for lunch beside the buffet which is closed between breakfast and lunch hours to restock. The smell is so bad we can’t even go outside. Can’t swim in the ocean. There’s pile of trash on the beach. The Ac in the main hallway is always off or not cool enough. Not sure if this is a 5 star standards. Would recommend this hotel"

"We stayed at Moon Palace The Grand as a family of four. The resort is beautiful and has many amenities, but our experience had some disappointments. The biggest issue was check-in. We arrived at 1 PM (check-in was 3:30 PM). One room was ready at 3:30 PM, but the second was not available until almost 8 PM. Despite requesting rooms close to our children, they were placed on different floors. We appreciated the complimentary 25-minute massage offered as compensation. The rooms were clean and...

"Booked last minute after our flight was canceled. Great accommodations for our family of 5 (kids ranging from age 6 to 20). Private bedrooms in the villa with two bathrooms and full kitchen, plus balconies. Pools were fine too. Beach access easy (seaweed season so we just enjoyed the sand from afar). Friendly, helpful staff. Good food options on-site and close to strip."
