"The entire property was VERY clean! The beds were not comfortable at all! Very firm. We were charged additional $120.00 to have the sofa bed made. We had to ask 3 times to have water and soda refilled in our room. The food options were ok. The wait staff were amazing! Everyone at the resort was very friendly and outstanding.
