"The music at the adult pool bar needs to be looked into. Need more up beat, Spanish music. Staff is great and very friendly, the food is probably the best I’ve had at any resort in Cancun and the resort is very clean! Beach is not useable and there is a strong stench coming from the ocean due to heavy Sargassum. Overall, I would stay here again!"

"We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. However, the water in the overwater villas was dirty and covered in a lot of algae, so you can't swim directly into the sea from your room."

The lobby is unique with an open floor plan and your room is just a couple minutes away to walk from a white sand beach. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. If you're looking for a really good resort and get the best bang for your buck this is it."
