"The report was beautiful and the food was very good. Lots of option and while it’s big, it did not feel that busy. The family pool was busy- but we went to another pool and it was much better and quieter! Overall, service was good. But at times the bars seemed a little slow. Spa was so beautiful! Gym was top notch! All in all a great vacation with my 13YO!"

"We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. However, the water in the overwater villas was dirty and covered in a lot of algae, so you can't swim directly into the sea from your room."

"Start from the reservation all inclusive and the check in was nothing inclusive I pay everything there which is all the food and drink there I called Expedia they said my reservation is front ocean room and all inclusive that’s my price but the hotel said nothing inclusive and it’s not ocean room I checked in after 3 pm with the people is so rude to me Never reserve with Expedia any more I pay in this trip more the $2500 And I wasn’t happy at all"
