"The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! "

"Best if used as a hotel instead of a "resort". The staff were generally fantastic but the facility shows its age. The breakfast buffet was terrible and very overpriced. Grab a pastry from the market and head into town for lunch. Alcohol was very very expensive if bought outside a meal plan. Some of our bills rivaled LA or Vegas mid high level restaurants, but food was not on par. Spot meals at the sports bar were decent however. "

"I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling...

"We were impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. The friendly and helpful staff. My first time in Cancun and it was beautiful. Access to the beach was easy and the area well maintained. Pools were kept clean and easy to get to. The food was amazing. The morning buffet, the cappuccino bar to the five choices of restaurants in the evening. "

"Unfortunately this stay did not meet our expectations! The $200 credit that was offered was not explained properly. Its not a credit, but instead a discount to amenities that cost way more than the discount offer. We also upgraded when we got there to a ocean view room, which was not explained well. Our view, was beautiful, but it overlooked the pools with a glimpse of ocean and a glimpse of the lagoon. I would have saved the money with the beautiful lagoon view. In addition we were disappointed...
