"Eclectic hotel consisting of many different buildings, with a nice inner garden area. Our room was noisy, as it was in a major pathway area and had stairs inside the room. Lots of trip hazards at thresholds. Be aware most European hotels don't have stand alone showers, which requires you to climb into a rather high tub to take a shower..not many grab handles for securing. "What a lovely hotel! We arrived early morning and the amazing staff was nice to check us in before the afternoon. Reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. We had a room with a terrace as we were upgraded. The room & bathroom were of a good size, we liked the high ceiling, the terrace was great! The only reason why I didn't put 5* is because we felt that the mattress was too soft, otherwise everything else was perfect!! The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Zoo, 20 minutes...
