"We had an ocean view king. It was very nice. Updated rooms. Breakfast was good-standard continental offerings. Cross the street to nice Easton beach. Bike rentals were a plus."

"Pros: Hotel was very clean. Staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. Cons: Tiny ( really tiny — no room for a chair!) room and bathroom. No breakfast available not even a kiosk for a muffin. We had a very hard time finding a place to eat a sit down breakfast. “ Tea / coffee” service in lobby was a joke for tea drinkers. Lukewarm coffee tasting water for my morning tea everyday…. Horrible. Not everyone drinks coffee! I can’t stay again."

"The property is beautiful. Right on the beach. Me and my daughter wanted a nice relaxing girls getaway and that’s what we got. A walkout to the beach. The pool is heated so if the ocean is too cold to swim can enjoy the pool. Enjoyed the restaurant with the view of the ocean. No complaints. Had a perfect time."

"When we checked in, we were told our room was down the street. I must’ve missed that when I made the reservation. I did not realize there were multiple buildings. It was fine though, everything was good in my opinion, not outstanding. Beachy. A little dated. Clean room, modern bathroom. That’s what’s important. Convenient walk to beaches, dining, shopping. We went early in the season so it was a little chilly. The pool I don’t think was open yet. I would stay again."

"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"It was bare minimum place to stay. Loud and noisy people walking down the hallway at all hours. The hotel charged me an additional charge for a pet fee. Never said a pet was staying, nor was a pet there so double check what they charge you"

"The booking process was easy enough. I booked a pet friendly room on Expedia. Then upon check out I was emailed about being charged a $250 fee for cleaning since I brought a cat."

It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."
