"This hotel is the text book example of that is wrong with the travel industry right now. They don’t allow check-ins until 4pm and mandate a 10am checkout with no flexibility for any late checkout without a fee. And they charge the resort fee the day you have to checkout at 10am as well. I would avoid them until they come to their senses and start treating their guests like customers instead of ATM machines."

"Very nice resort but huge. Trolley service is nice but not the easiest resort to get around. Food was just okay, outside of Toro Steakhouse which was incredible. All the pools were great, drinks were also done well but service overall at the bars was just okay."

"The resort has a company called xpand that forces this timeshare type membership and if you cancel the hotel then charges you extra per night."
