"Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible....

"Very disappointing start to our stay at Finest Playa Mujeres. On our first night, the air conditioning stopped working, the minibar refrigerator was broken, and we also lost hot water. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, we expected the room amenities to be fully functional upon arrival."
