"We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room with only one king bed and a pullout sofa, which was inconvenient for our group. Our room accommodated three guests, yet we were only provided with two pool towels. It was a hassle to get an extra towel. Additionally, once you check in, you’re required to bring your towel back daily to exchange it for a clean one. Unfortunately, the towel stations frequently ran out of fresh towels, forcing us to repeatedly check back throughout the day, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Some of the furniture in the room was broken, there was no fan in the bathroom, & only one blanket was provided. We had to request an additional blanket each day for the pullout couch. The food was fair at best and did not meet expectations. There were frequently room service trays left in the hallways for extended periods, often for the entire day, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. The seaweed conditions on the beach were poor during our stay. Bar service, especially at the pool bars, was consistently slow. Crepe station was out of fruit frequently. While the spa massage service was excellent, the overall spa amenities did not meet expectations. Restaurant reservations were extremely difficult to secure. We booked as early as our 2nd day for a 6 night stay and were only able to get three reservations total! We had hoped for a much smoother and more accommodating experience."

"My stay at this resort was fantastic! The amenities, restaurants, and bars were amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever they were asked. The amenities were very clean and amazing. Chez Isabelle, Kanpai, Zenith, and Milo were my favourite places to eat."

"This resort was okay. It didn’t wow me but it wasn’t horrible either. The thing that was really frustrating is that they didn’t take reservations for any of the restaurants and we had to wait in line for over an hour to potentially get a reservation and we only ended up with one reservation out of the four nights we stayed there. My only other complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well at all. Also, the hallways were very noisy and we were often woke up by people in the hallway. Plus: Staff was very friendly and hard working, especially in the buffet and around the pools. "

The property is beautifully laid out—spacious and never felt crowded, yet still very easy to get around, which made everything super convenient. The food exceeded our expectations with a huge variety of options. While a couple of the buffets were just okay, there were so many great choices that we always found something we loved. What truly made this trip stand out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Enrique and Eduardo at the Lively pool bar and Mana from the entertainment team—they brought such great energy every day and made the experience so fun and memorable! The resort was spotless and very well-maintained, and there was truly something for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic for all ages, which made it perfect for our group. Also, working with Go Majestic for transportation and excursions was incredibly easy and seamless, which took a lot of stress out of planning. Overall, this was such a fun, relaxing, and memorable trip—we can’t wait to come back! "

However, I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, I could hear conversations from the next room quite clearly. Additionally, the beach was covered in seaweed, which made it impossible to enjoy a swim"

"We love everything about this resort - it’s small and has everything we need! Rooms are clean and comfy, food and drinks are good, staff is top notch!! We have visited annually for the last six years because it’s so easy! Beach cabanas with food/drink service are great, and we spend a lot of time in the pool!!"
