"We traveled for family vacation on a spring break. Once we came resort was overbooked and they asked us to move to another Riu Venture. Riu Ventura was not bad but not for kids. They have a lot adults only activities and it’s hard to explain kids why they don’t do face painting to kids, only adults who will go for night party to a different resort. We asked to do face painting for kids but they said they can’t . Don’t understand even now why it’s so hard to do couple dots on kid’s face. Also they don’t clean beach at all. Food was good and restaurants good too. "

"Over all excellent We liked very much service in the room, we enjoyed the food and all amentties We kindly recomand: the procedure of getting into the buffet needs to be revised, as it takes up to 15 minutes to be seated, especially with kids it is not very convinient to wait this much time! Also we recomand to train some of the stuff not to push for tip. As it is all inclusive, tip needs to be optional!"

"The pictures are accurate to the property! Staff is absolutely incredible! Our room was nice and clean. We had no issue with sleeping or loud noises. The pools were nice with lots of servers and bars to go to. The buffet had so many options and never disappointed! I would definitely come back!"

"All the food in the restaurants was fantastic, the selection of alcohol available to the privilege guests is excellent. The sargassum on the beach was minimal. But the staff were far and away the highlight of the trip. If I could rate them a 6 I would. Francisco on the beach/pez dama bar was delightful, Israel at margarita remembered our tables allergies and ordered us a round of our favorite drink without us asking, Michelle at the pool bar never left our cups empty. My only regret is that I wish I had done fewer excursions and enjoyed more of the resort!"
