"The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful hotel We always stay here, we absolutely love it 5 stars for the staff. So professional and made us so welcomed hotel is being renovated, but that just made it more fun, the workmen were hilarious . Was still very quiet and comfortable "

" The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there! An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future."

"I stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. It’s situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. "This was the best hotel given its location how Central it was to everything. The ease of public transportation right outside the front door having breakfast provided and the restaurant absolutely had a full service menu that was to die for! We couldn't have asked for better!"
