"This resort was super clean. The rooms, grounds and pools were maintained daily and the staff members were so friendly. We upgraded to Platinum, so we had Butler Service that was excellent. The specialties restaurants were excellent too. The Jamaica Restaurant was my favorite. Breakfast by the swim out each morning helped get our day started. Awesome resort!"

"The hotel staff here was awesome! Very helpful when something was needed in the room. The shower water was cold the first night there. I called the front to request help and someone showed up almost immediately and the water was how in less than 3 min! I did not like the food at all. None of it was appetizing (except ice cream). There were no Jamaican choices at all! There were plenty of Asian, Italian and American choices though. Nothing curry, jerk, no rice & peas, beef patties ..which was...

"Wonderful Stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle 🇯🇲 I had a great overall experience at Riu Palace Aquarelle. The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the pool areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jamaican sunshine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the atmosphere around the resort, especially the swim-up bar and entertainment.
