"Staff were lovely, room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was small but worked 3 pastries a person a salad and yogurt. Just be aware we booked the "Japanese style Superior room" and there is no shower in this room you have to use the public bath. This was not an issue for us but I feel is good information when picking. Also enjoyed the Spa Hotel up the hill. "

Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "
