"Very very very bad! We checked in around 5pm, when we're gonna go out at 7 pm, the parking lot was messed, our car couldn't get out, obstructed by 2 other cars. We had to wait for an hour for the hotel's officer to call the car owner, until we finally can get out from the parking lot.
We got back to the hotel at 11 pm, I found the toilet clogged and when it flushed the dirty water ran onto the floor. It was gross, stinky and disgusting. We wait for half an hour for someone to fix that, but...
"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

The property’s signage says - Uma Ubud: Eat and Drink, but they wouldn’t even let us buy some breakfast as it was only part of the yoga classes.
The pool was good but our rooms were very basic/poor - broken fittings, linen stained, bottom sheet only with a light duvet/blanket and no cover. For the price we paid we were expecting more.

"I spent to night in Bebek Tepi Sawah Villas and it was quite a good moment.
At first we had a dispute about the villas policy and after a short talk they decided to be flexible and this was the plus point. I really appreciate it.
The view was very nice and relaxing, very well maintained area and plants, I really liked it.
Just for suggestion, I think they need to put more lights everywhere in the area because at night, the light is just not enough.
I will come again if I go to Bali....
