"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). "The hotel was beautiful and clean. The beach had a lot of seaweed and was not available to use, but of course not hotels fault. The food was more fancy than we’d care for but it was great. Great value for the money. I recommend everyone should tip the employees because they go beyond and above to please the guests. Cancun is beautiful."
