"We stayed in the Royal at Atlantis. Room was very clean and relatively updated. The aqua park is so much fun (even as adults) and pools amazing. We used the newly renovated spa. Still had some things needed to be done. Would have liked if the spa had their own pool for spa guests to enjoy as well as a hottub area especially for the cost. Loved our stay but pricey"

"Mucho cuidado con la comida , mi esposo termino con poison food en el hospital. Lo cual no supieron como manejar los profesionales de salud en el mismo hotel. Con el fin de enviaron a su hospital de emergencias , donde también son dueños para pasar facturas mas altas ."

"Todo el hotel y sus amenidades fueron excelentes. Lo que más vamos a recordar es el servicio de todo el staff. Agradecemos en especial a Elizabeth Alvarez por su disposición a ayudar, su atención a los detalles y seguimiento. Igualmente a Mayerlin. Era el aniversario de mi nuestra relación y el cumpleaños de mi pareja también y ella se sintió muy querida, cuidada y consentida por todos. El buen trato siempre invita a regresar y espero que podamos regresar muy pronto!"

"Go in with low expectations. And you’ll have a decent time. The staff are.. unhelpful at best. Do not expect good service - okay service is what you’ll get (or worse). We arrived at 4 pm to check-in at the front desk and were told there is “no guarantee rooms will be ready by 4pm.” So we then waited until 4:45 for our room to be ready. Our room smelled very musty like an indoor pool ..Back to the front desk to ask for some remediation.. they cleaned it, smelled normal. Then a day later...

"El lugar es espectacular me gustó la habitación el servicio. La pisicina la playa. En general estuve satisfecha. Solo la comida algunos días no me gusto. Los entretenimiento como el bowling y los demás también. Recomendaría este precioso hotel a los que quieren un relax y disfrutar sus vacaciones."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. Most of the time we were at the adult pool with activities starting at 3. They need more umbrellas for the beach area. It was plenty of places to sit but not enough shade for that heat. Entertainment at night was excellent. It’s a small resort, but cozy. You must meat The entertainment staff very friendly and funny. Miguel and Mosquito were very entertaining. All of the bar tenders were on point. Between the hours of 10-3 they need some sort of activity going on. But...
