"We have traveled to Cancun numerous times and this time was the absolute best! Best customer service, all staff friendly and amazing! Donovan at Zen was the best manager so helpful and accommodating. Food was good at all restaurants, drinks were great all around! Rooms were very clean, the beach was maintained perfectly! The kids loved the basketball court and raved about room service! VIP experience created a more private experience! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene varias albercas. La playa está limpia. El área de toboganes, escalada y tirolesa está excelente para los niños. "The hotel is fantastic, the staff members are helpful, and the food is to die for. Pools and activities are excellent entertainment for those who want to chill on the premises. However, the drinks are not as good as you think; sometimes you feel you are only drinking club soda and ice and can barely taste the alcohol. On the other hand, sometimes they pour too much alcohol, making it impossible to finish the drink. Other than that, great location spot, I will definitely go back to this place. "
