"Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying."

"The property itself sits on a really nice part of the beach. In fact you can get some awesome snorkeling. But the property itself is run down and the buildings are all under renovation it seems. It looks really bad. Limited Staff and really only limited options of food. "This property holds a special place in our hearts as we were married here in 2017 and we return every year! This year we were a little disappointed with our room cleanliness and amenities. The property is beautiful as always but seemed a little less unkept compared to years prior. The resort also seems to become very lax with the smokers, allowing them to smoke in all areas. Chic is a must do. Also, visit the White Sands lobby bar, Roger makes the best drinks. We had something new every night! "
