"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....

"We had a fantastic time in NYC. The hotel was in the financial district and right off the 1 line (metro). It was very convenient for travelling all across the city. Tribeca Hotel FiDi was also close to everything, from great places to eat, shop and so close to the Oculus and World Trade Center. The accommodations were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here."

"A great find! Hotel staff are all very friendly. Room was very clean and comfy, had all we needed for a busy city break. Hotel was also very secure and felt very safe. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
