"The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!"

"We had a great week, the resort is spotless! Our rooms were beautifully clean. The staff here go out of their way! We appreciated all the great service we received but some callouts need to be made to Chantal on the beach, Abraham at the middle swim up bar and Antonio and Alejandro in Isla Contoy! They made our week and we were a group of 21!"
