"This was resort was stunning! The staff was so lovely and helpful! The food was plentiful and with lots of variety. There were lots of options for activities and the island hopping and snorkeling was something I won’t forget! I would definitely recommend the spa also!! Can’t say enough about this resort!!"

"Beautiful, clean, relaxing, well-designed resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great to have on-site, however, the service was very slow. Even when food was preordered for a certain time, we still had to wait for it for about 45 minutes."

"We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing."

"Liked the breakfast buffet options, room condition and decor, bell staff, cattleya spa. The view was great if you ignored the 50 metre stretch of reclaimed land between the hotel and water. The pool looks good but is always crowded with little area to relax in shade. Did not like the Wi-Fi signal. Maxed out at 4mbps download. "This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."

"침구가 약간 습했지만 기후 조건때문이라 이해하고, 일단 직원 친절도가 굉장히 좋아서 다른 부분의 안좋은 점도 다 가려질 정도였습니다. 수영장과 전용 비치가 엄청 큰지는 않지만 적당한 깊이가 있어서 놀기는 좋았어요. 필리핀 다른 숙소를 안가봐서 모르겠으나 조식 음식 종류는 무난했고 맛은 좋았고요, 바로 앞에 모닝글로리 있는것도 장점 ㅎ"

"Overall a very good stay. I would rate it 9/10. There are areas for improvement in that certain aspects would benefit from refurbishment. Excellent pool and grounds, very well maintained. Buffet breakfast at Spiral, though expensive, was worth the cost. I also enjoyed a heavily discounted evening buffet there (thank you), which even offered lobster.
