"The room is small, the bathroom is too, but the biggest issue we had was they refused to turn on the air conditioner. It was at least 20 c outside and 23c inside. Opening the window helped for a bit but it is an airport so had to close to cut the noise to sleep. We were told they only activate the a/c in the summer. They need to realize climate change is a thing and let the customer choose their own comfort level. "

"I travelled with an kognitive disabled person and I have to say that it was made very easy to have her part in everything. The food was good, the waiters been very friendly to my old little person. "Stayed here with my two friends and it was the most perfect location (3mins from metro)! The beds were super comfortable, however the room was small but also the perfect size, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Only downside was the loudness of the other guests / thin walls. Overall though it was amazing - would highly recommend!! "

"This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. "Beautiful area outside of Paris. Very quiet and safe. Townhouses are wonderful!!! We used private transportation to get to and from Paris each day. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Our porter Irwin was very kind and helpful. He helped transport our luggage and was eager to answer questions."
