"The room was always clean. The individual pool was clean with amazing view. However in my 2 weeks at travelling thru Greece and staying at 5 different hotels - the front staff were the least helpful and condescending rude. I arrived by car and at check in was shown on a map where to park the car - problem was I was not asked to park my car off to the side to bring in my luggage. Unbeknownst to me it up and down a hill carrying luggage- small thing yes but lack of helpfulness. As I checked...

"This was a fine hotel the only negative I have to say about it is it’s not in a very nice area in Athens. I would not recommend walking back to this hotel at night. Our taxi driver even mentioned it was not a safe area. I felt safe during the day."

"The property is beautiful. The lobby was decorated beautifully with the chandelier and the art wall. The location is great - rooftop dining provides spectacular views (day or night time.) dining was decent as well - breakfast options were plentiful and the dinner was delicious as well. The bathroom had a leak and once reported to the front desk, they were responsive. Additional housekeeping attention was needed in the bathroom as well. "A honeymoon delight. The suit we wanted for the whole stay wasn’t available so we made two booking. This one was pretty, private and had its own pool terrace are, large spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. "

"The room was clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Everyone was very attentive and the food/drink options are fantastic. The hotel is busy so it can be hard to get a sun bed after 10:30am but overall it is a very beautiful place to visit."

"We were only at this hotel for one night. But it was a very updated, clean hotel in a great location. It's on a main street so my kids did complain about the street noise at night but I slept right through it. It had a comfortable bed, nice linens, and a great shower. This was a traditional American style hotel room. Some other hotels we stayed in Europe were more European style. This had a much more American style traditional hotel room feel.
