"The staff is what makes this property so special. Especially, Jose-Rafael (steakhouse waiter), Ezequiel (Japanese restaurant waiter), Emmanuel Quezada (restaurant supervisor), Vanessa (restaurant hostess), Reyes (busser). "Love this hotel so much only wish they would update the rooms a little, kind of outdated but still not bad!!! Love the fact everything is downstairs- restaurant's, beach pool and a swim up bar! Also anything you need is on the strip which is literally walking distance. Definitely will go back! "

"Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!"

"I wasn’t amazed by the facilities features due to the lack of time to go everywhere.(is huge) besides the pool which I got to explore. "This was the greatest birthday experience. Our concierge during our stay was Francia, and she did not disappoint. We were a large group of 17 people and she was very helpful in setting up dinner reservations for all of us and appointments at the spa.
