"We just returned from a seven-day stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, and it was a fantastic experience.
We’ve stayed at Majestic Colonial many times, but with it closed for renovation, we booked the Elegance—and we were not disappointed. The service here was among the best we’ve ever experienced in Punta Cana and edges out the Colonial, though we slightly preferred the Colonial’s restaurants and food variety.

"Everything was great! It was our second time back to Majestic. We stayed at the Colonial the first time and Elegance this time we upgraded for the Elegance club and Katherine R., our butler, was very attentive to anything we needed. Just message her on the Whatsapp and she would reply within minutes. The staff by the cabanas were always helpful.
