"This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, but this visit wasn't pleasant. There were flies in the buffet area, and the waitresses got annoyed by the simplest requests, like asking for cutlery. The best part was the children's playground and the bar located there; the staff in that area were very pleasant. The check-in staff and the bellhops were also excellent. The Michael Jackson show was outstanding.

"After the hotel responded to my first review and asked me to meet with Guest Services, I gave them another chance. I spoke with Vladimir Sanchez, Maria Teresa, Juana, and two other staff members. They all apologized and promised to make things right, but nothing improved.
