"Nice, clean, beautiful and very busy resort. Our regal room was perfect for our family of four offering the teens their own half bath, doors to close for adult privacy. Be prepared to do a lot of walking to get to locations at resort. Nice water park if you are looking for that. Resort stated all inclusive access for guests to beaches, pools, water park but that does not include the “teen night club” - you have to pay $27 per teen/ night! Most food options are extremely overpriced and lacking...

"The property was beautiful and well taken care of. My room was clean and big. Plenty to do for family and kids. The few drawbacks were that our room was only serviced twice over 7 days, each bar has 1 bartender which makes drink service extremely slow with all of the frozen drinks and mojitos being made, and the wait for the tram & ferry to Palomino Island. All in all it was a good resort and we enjoyed our stay."

"We were in the resort for 5 nights. We love that there are daily activities available for kids. The resort is big and very convenient. "We had a wonderful 8 day vacay at this beautiful resort. Though we stayed on the adults only side ( by choice), we were still able to see and interact with families with children at some restaurants and shows. The property is very well maintained and the staff on all levels do their best to inquire about your needs to unsure your comfort and enjoyment. Our only snafu was when we went to the beach and though the ocean was beautiful and the beach serene, when I wandered into the ocean I tripped...
