Amazing hotel I didn’t want to leave it’s the best hotel ever

High end resort, staff very accommodating, always a different activity or event on during the evening

This is a great hotel, outstanding facilities and perfect service from every member of staff we came across. Of course it's expensive but we felt it was good value, and by way of context everything is expensive in Grand Cayman.

I read so many reviews before choosing this room and so glad I stayed with the East Beach Plunge. We had room 1115 which is at the end of the East Beach rooms and meant total privacy facing grass and trees with the ocean behind. The West Beach rooms faced the beach which meant everyone using the beach could wander past and look inside.The resort was busy but didn't feel that way. This hotel was absolutely AMAZING!!! The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the food, literally everything! I can not say no negatives! I came for my birthday eith my partner and I literally cried when we had to leave. I'll definitely be back no doubt!

Easy book in, great room, nice pool area, right next to Marina and town Great place to stay

Will be a 5* but need to polish up on the finer details to make customer experiences better; small requests seemed difficult. As an English traveller we definitely fell through a language gap with the staff especially on the front desk (everyone else seemed to get a welcome drink) and room services side but also appreciate our lack of Spanish doesn't help. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The food, drinks and atmosphere were brilliant, and there was so much for children to do. We had a swim-up room, which was amazing, and the gym was fantastic too. If I’m being really picky, the only thing missing was somewhere to hang my towel while I was in the shower. That’s genuinely my only criticism. We had such a great stay!

Good location by the ocean and good pool facilities

We especially liked the entertainment and sports animation. The tennis teacher Leonel was an extremely good, patient and instructive teacher, that tried to improve our level of tennis. But also the whole entertainment area with a vast option of billard, table tennis, football, darts, archery and even boulder opportunities and pickleball were just excellent.

What a wonderful place. Very rustic but stylish design. Comfortable beds, beautiful view from the balcony and loved the idea of a hammock in the room for chilling out. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. All staff were friendly and keen to help. The natural swimming pools were very unique and a great way to spend a few hours chilling out between hikes or kayaking nearby. Only negative is be prepared for a terrible road for the last 7km of driving to get there!
