"Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. Some things are out dated in the room such as the dresser cabinets needed minor repairs and shower curtain kept falling down. Otherwise everything else was superb. "The property is on a Central location which was plus but very noisy with Club Cascada which is very busy makes it not very comfortable with the noise and business. Restaurants on property very busy as well. Room was clean but toilet was broken, water marks on bathroom counter. Bed comfortable which was a plus. Little encounter with staff. Ate off property for meals"

"We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it"

When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy. Our room was not ready for us to check into until well after 5pm and we were given a voucher for $75...
