Cari Hotel di Republik Dominika

"Great hotel option for families with kids that enjoy beaches and waterparks. Specialty restaurants are a must (but they only open at night). Buffet could be overwhelming sometimes due to so much variety (who knew), and had its hits and misses. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Be prepared to take long walks daily so you can also enjoy the waterparks and pools of its sibling hotels. The “cenotes” are a must. We asked for special amenities due to different celebrations in the family and...

"The staff were my absolute favorite part of the trip. They were attentive and very personable."

"While the property itself was nice and a few staff members were genuinely helpful, our overall experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After we returned home, we realized that my husband’s Beats earbuds and power bank were missing from his backpack. This was extremely upsetting and raised serious concerns about the security of our belongings during our stay. To make matters worse, we encountered several maintenance issues and had to call both the front desk and our concierge...

"The only reason I would return is because of the staff and Nicks characters. The hotel urgently needs to renovate the rooms in Building #2. The grounds and pools are very nice. The food is not the best, but it is acceptable. The cleanliness of the property needs improvement, as the hallways smell bad. We did not have Wi-Fi in our room at any point during our stay, and we requested maintenance service more than three times, but no one ever came to fix the issue. The staff, in general, were very...

"El hotel estuvo bien, lo mejor de todo en aspectos de comida fue el restaurante Mexicano. Carlos es una persona muy amable y hace que uno se sienta muy bien y cómodo en ese restaurante. Las actividades no nos agradaron mucho, siento que no tenían muchas."

"Room and pools were all very clean , the staff was remarkable. Lots to do on the resort. The entertainment is fantastic. This Resort is family-oriented. Buffet had lots of different foods. A La Carte Resaurants were amazing. Very pleased with everything. Will return to this resort in the future. Highly recommend it."

"This resort was top tier. From the cleanliness to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, I can’t recommend this place enough. The bar staff, especially those from Prelude, absolutely a delight!! Joan was the best!!! Very attentive and always went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was always fun and interactive with us. Maria does her job well. This place is an absolute must!! We are sad to go. Looking forward to coming back!"

"En mi experiencia fue muy buena desde q llegamos al hotel el personal muy amable la habitación limpia lo único q el aire no enfriaba bien la comida super lo recomiendo vuelvo de nuevo"

"10/10. First coming in to the hotel they bring you hand sanitizer, a towel and glass of champagne. Check in was smooth. Staff was AMAZING. Helpful, resourceful. The food was great even the buffet. Our room was perfect. It was cool to have my phone connect to the room to play music. The buttons on the wall to use for DND, housekeeping, the little cubbie where room service brings your order. Super clean and love the swim up! The service at the restaurant and pool area great! Everything in close...
